AOPA Travel Information on Canada- (AOPA member access required) This page offers links to excellent information about required documentation, arrival/departure procedures, weather, and more. Includes downloadable forms, such as CANPASS permit and ICAO International Flight Plan.
Transport Canada homepage- Here you can start off by getting information on the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), Air Navigation Services and Airspace, and more.
Transport Canada Centres-Pacific Region- Similar to an FSDO, the TCCs are there to answer your questions.
